HI! I'm Jordyn and I want to help you experience agriculture across the world

I grew up on a farm in Oregon and was given many opportunities to travel during my upbringing, developing a deep appreciation of both ag and travel.

After earning a degree in Agricultural Sciences from Oregon State University, I worked for Syngenta, a global crop protection and seed company. During my time with them, I was able to learn about many agricultural commodities and practices, beyond what could be found in my home state, and I see the value in others also seeing and learning about what is unfamiliar to them.

Now I have an agriculture marketing, communications, and event coordination business and have the privilege of leading agriculture tours to provide short term opportunities for students and adults to have similar experiences.

This started as a way to offer FFA members a chance to travel

A few years ago, a handful of Oregon FFA alumni had a desire to create opportunities for members to experience international ag and tourism. They formed a committee and began planning a trip to New Zealand. I joined their ranks and now run the program, with their oversight for student trips.

In the last two years, I have led students on tours to California, New Zealand, and Italy, with some of those committee members as chaperones. We are seeing our goal realized and can't wait for more students to have these experiences!

Advertising FFA tours has led to requests from adults for their turn to take an ag tour. I will use any excuse to get on a plane and see the world, so I began planning the inaugural adult ag tour, which will take place in October 2025 to South Africa.

"As an ag teacher, I’m always searching for meaningful ways to expand my students’ perspectives on agriculture, and the recent Italy ag tour exceeded all expectations.

We had the incredible opportunity to tour family-owned production agriculture industries, which opened our eyes to different techniques and traditions while reinforcing our own knowledge and passion. Alongside these hands-on learning experiences, we explored some of Italy’s most famous sites, striking the perfect balance of education and travel. Jordyn’s expertise and experience as a seasoned traveler were evident throughout. Her attention to detail, dedication to student safety, and seamless coordination reassured me that I was in capable hands. As an advisor, I can confidently say that students and teachers alike are in the best hands with Jordyn. Parents, you can rest assured that your kids are not only seeing the world but are also safe, learning, and inspired under her guidance."

"thank you thank you thank you for the trip and experience of a lifetime. This couldn't have possibly been better.

Not only is Jordyn an incredible planner, but she also set such a fun culture for the group. We always knew we were safe and organized! She is the best and will change many more lives with these international ag tours! I didn't realize how much this trip could impact me and change the way I view the world and agriculture. Sure makes me wonder why I'm paying college tuition to learn about ag in lectures when I could go see the world and learn it firsthand!"
